Kait with two of her bridesmaids, Anna & Brittany.
They, along with Brennan, gave her this shower on Thursday, March 27th. They were originally planning on doing it a couple of weeks before the wedding, but because Kait changed her summer plans it was quickly moved to her Spring Break. Since she was taking a road trip with friends during that time, and also doing wedding arrangements, there was only one available day left. The last minute notification gave me only a couple of days to clean the house... at least, so far, that is the only stressful part of her wedding.
We played numerous games like creating "wedding dresses" out of toilet paper, and kissing the frog... blindfolded, of course. That's G'ma in the photo kissing the frog... she didn't do too bad. Anna came the closest to getting him on the "lips", and I was second. Danielle and her team won the paper wedding dress contest. The photo is of Anna, Danielle, Becky, and Donella.
We also enjoyed watching Kait try to answer questions about Dustin. Every time she got an answer wrong she had to chew a piece of gum... not just regular gum, but big chunks of Bubilicious bubble gum. She ended up with 9 pieces! We do have to give her credit in knowing a lot about him, but some of his answers there was no way she would have gotten them.
